I find the previous review very difficult to believe. We have boarded our dog at Windwood several times over the past few years, and he has always been treated wonderfully. He is excited when we arrive and in great spirits when we pick him up. The grounds of the kennel and the dogs are both cared for with love. Also, the prices are very reasonable and the owners have always been nothing but kind to us. I would recommend Windwood Kennels.

I left my pet at Windwood for a little more than a week. When I came to pick her up, she had lost 10% of her body weight, was covered with urine, and couldn't get out of there fast enough. When I called the owner on it, he was defensive, rude and unprofessional. He had several contact numbers for me, but never attempted to call to let us know about our dog's condition. He doesn't care about the animals, it's all about the money.
