very satisfied costumer
“huge place. very nice,clean and no smells.i have 2 pitt's and was kinda nervous about leaving them there. but not no more. they know how to handle your pets there. i also have a cat and had it groomed there, i didnt think that they would be able to handle him for a bath but they did. i recommend it to everybody. they have runs there for your pets not cages like other places do. thank you regency pet hotel”

Sunny Kennel
DON'T GO TO SUNNY'S PETSHOP!
“Sunny is a fraud, a liar, and impossible to talk to. A year ago, my mother and I bought a dog from Sunny to help lighten dark times we were going through, where we were guaranteed that our dog was a pure bread, healthy, toy Yorkshire terrier. Of course, it wasn't. The dog that we have now can never have puppies, has breast cancer, has severe medial patella luxation, and is NOT a toy pure bread Yorkshire terrier.\n\nOriginally, when we went to Sunny's, she had us pick out a dog we wanted which we did and then she marked the chosen dog with a black marker on the stomach. Sunny then stated we had to wait a week before she could give us the dog. When we returned to get the dog... the dog looked different and had less hair. When I asked Sunny if it was the same dog, Sunny went psycho and got defensive saying, I'm not like that! I DON'T CHEAT PEOPLE! Don't you dare accuse me! I don't do that! instead of just stating that it was the same dog.\n\nMy mother has spent thousands on this dog and the dogs health problems. DO NOT TRUST SUNNY! When we confronted Sunny, she immediately became defensive. Once we told her we'd sue, she got nervous and told us she'd give us half our money back but when we went to collect, she immediately demanded we showed her the papers signed by a veterinarian so we did. She told us that it was HER choice if she wanted to give us the health documents and dog's background and she refused to give us the documents and the money which we have her recorded stating that she'd give us our money back.\n\nNot only do we have witnesses, but she gave us fraudulent papers from the CKC [which we contacted] stating the dogs mother and father and stating she was a PURE breed which clearly, she isnt.\n\nHow sick is it that THIS WOMAN is still in business? I know one thing, she wont be for long.\n\nSunny, watch out for karma... and people, BE WARNED. If you want a dog and don't want to go through the torment that we have gone through, DO NOT GO TO SUNNY.\n”

“I paid $5000 to have my two dogs trained. Specifically I sent them in to learn the no command which the trainer assured me would take care of their barking. I was very specific about this being the main problem. \n \nA month later I got my dogs back and all they had learned was how to sit....and only when they were on the leash. \n \nI was told I could bring them back for re-training, which I did. When I got them back there was still no change and all the trainer said was Well, some dogs are more stubborn then others. \n \nDont use them - honestly. Its a year later and Im still upset over how much money I wasted.”

“I found out through an employee that my dog had a bark shock collar on for hours!!! I didnt authorize this kind of animal abuse on my dog!!! i was never told about these collars!!! \n \n \nDONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! unless you dont care that they spray vinegar constanly at the dogs and WILL LEAVE MUZZLES on for hours at a time!!! \nTHIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE!!!”
